- The Parts Advisor is a proactive and important member of the team dealing with all parts related enquiries. You will be responsible for identifying and selling parts profitably to the trade and retail customers, via phone, email and internet.
- Works with colleagues and other teams across the centre to provide a seamless service to customers (e.g. by informally observing and responding to the needs of customers who are not being attended to by other members of staff)
- Ensures opportunities for sales by other teams are followed up by the most appropriate specialist
- Liaises with team members from front desk, service and sales department.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in working within a parts department, have good communication, organisation and time management skills and will possess a good standard of general education. Full training will be given on our in-house systems but IT literacy is also essential.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday between the hours of 7:00am and 5:30pm on a rota basis (40 hours per week) with an hour unpaid break each day. Once settled in you will be required to work 1 in three Saturdays as part of a rota. This is from 8:00am to 12:00pm or 8:30am to 12:30pm and is classified as overtime and will be paid at a rate of time and a third.
