We’re currently seeking a Sales Consultant to join our dedicated team at the Croydon branch, covering the South East and Sussex areas. If you enjoy managing your own schedule and solving unique customer problems in person, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

  £25,721 per annum base salary.
• Expected OTE: £35,000‑£40,000 per annum, with bonus and commission schemes.

In this field‑based role you will visit new and existing customers, building relationships and selling our specialist hygiene products and services.

• Carry out surveys for clients, give proposals based on expertise and price the work.
• Generate and develop leads independently and with colleagues within Rentokil Initial.
• Build relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Offer excellent customer service to current customers and acquire additional sales.
• Work toward and achieve set KPIs and targets.

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years with no more than six penalty points.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven.
• Excellent problem‑solving ability.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Background in retail or sales is advantageous for face‑to‑face customer interactions.
• May need to pass a DBS check depending on role.
