We are looking for an experienced Estate Agent Sales Negotiator for a market leading Estate Agency office in Ely. You will be working alongside a very experienced, driven, and friendly team of property professionals within Residential Sales and Lettings. Providing a welcoming and first-class service to our clients and working closely with the team to negotiate sales. You would be working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm and every other Saturday 9.00am to 4.00pm, with a day off in lieu. What will it take to be a successful Senior Sales Negotiator: 1 years minimum of experience in Estate Agency in a Sales Negotiator role required The ability to manage a varied and rewarding workload, effectively organising tasks to meet multiple deadlines Proficiency in IT, with a keen interest in adapting to evolving technology Self-motivated individual who also enjoys working as part of a team A desire to provide excellent client care with a high level of attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients and colleagues The capability to work independently with minimal supervision, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times Use of own vehicle which is insured for business use.

Main Purpose / Scope of the Senior Sales Negotiator role:
