Salary: £26,000 - £28,000

Hours: Full Time, Monday-Friday

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and motivated individual to join a growing business in a trainee role combining sales, project coordination, estimating and technical support.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to develop a long-term career within a commercial environment. Full training will be provided, including support with technical product knowledge, estimating, project coordination and customer relationship management.

The successful candidate will initially focus on the sales and customer-facing aspects of the role before developing wider technical and project responsibilities over time.

• Building and maintaining relationships with customers via phone, email and face-to-face meetings
• Supporting sales activities and following up on enquiries and opportunities
• Researching potential projects and new business opportunities
• Assisting with quotations and project proposals

• Maintaining accurate CRM records and project information
• Liaising with suppliers, customers and internal teams
• Monitoring project progress and providing updates where required
• Developing technical knowledge through ongoing training and mentoring
• Supporting estimating and project coordination activities

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Commercial awareness and willingness to learn
