We are currently recruiting for a highly experienced Car Sales Manager to join a reputable dealership in Crawley, West Sussex. • Competitive basic salary of £45,000 per annum

  Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction as a Car Sales Manager
• Oversee the complete sales process from prospecting to closing sales
• Monitor and evaluate sales team performance, providing coaching and feedback
• Build and nurture relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal departments
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies

• Proven experience as a General Sales Manager or in a senior automotive sales management role
• Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful teams
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• In-depth knowledge of automotive industry trends and customer preferences
• Full UK driving licence is essential
• Customer-focused with a results-oriented approach
• Ability to motivate teams and drive business growth
