£100,000 - £125,000 Base Salary Potential for £200,000 - £250,000 OTE Uncapped

Your Background / Skills: You may come from airline supply, premium consumer goods, luxury products, hospitality, gifting, beauty, lifestyle or related sectors where you have successfully sold branded, physical products through complex B2B relationships.
The Opportunity:
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll take ownership of our global commercial function, helping drive the next stage of growth across international markets.
This is a broad commercial leadership role with influence extending far beyond traditional sales management.
You'll be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategy, identifying growth opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, leading major tenders and helping shape the long-term direction of the business.
Working closely with teams across sales, brand and design, you'll play a key role in transforming opportunities into commercially successful partnerships and customer experiences.
You'll lead a small but experienced team, whilst acting as a key member of the senior leadership group, contributing to strategic planning, commercial decision-making and future business growth initiatives.

• Develop and execute ambitious global commercial growth strategies across the airline and luxury brand sectors
• Own and exceed annual revenue and profitability targets
• Identify, pursue and win high-value airline contracts across international markets
• Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with airline customers, decision-makers and key stakeholders
