EE's Sales Apprenticeship in the United Kingdom offers an entry route into customer care with real earnings from the start. You'll be on a full-time contract, earning £11.55 per hour, and you'll speak with customers over the phone to understand their needs and recommend EE products and services.
The role includes completing an NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service over 15 months, with one study day per week, plus generous discounts on EE products, online GP, and career development support.
