Are you a motivated sales professional looking to build a rewarding career in the new homes sector?
We're recruiting for a New Homes Sales Advisor to work across static developments between Sittingbourne and Canterbury. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected house builder, with excellent earning potential, career progression, and ongoing training.
- Selling new build homes from beautifully presented marketing suites and show homes.
- Conducting development and show home tours for prospective purchasers.
- Managing enquiries from telephone, online, and walk-in customers.
- Guiding buyers through the sales journey from initial enquiry through to exchange.
- Delivering exceptional customer service while building strong relationships with purchasers.
- Working closely with the wider sales and site teams to achieve sales targets.
Requirements
- Previous sales or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, positive attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential).
