We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of New Car Sales Manager at a well-established franchise-approved dealership in Bristol.
This role offers a unique opportunity for an experienced automotive sales professional to lead a dedicated sales team and drive business growth within a reputable dealership group.

- Manage sales processes from inquiry through to delivery, ensuring a seamless customer journey
- Proven experience as a Car Sales Manager or Business Manager within a franchise-approved car dealership
- Demonstrable leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong understanding of automotive sales processes and customer service standards
- Ability to create effective sales strategies and campaigns
- Full UK driving licence with minimal points
- Dynamic, target-driven mindset with a passion for automotive retail
- Ability to lead by example, demonstrating professionalism and integrity
