The role of the Area Sales Manager – Fencing & Barriers will involve:

* Field sales position promoting the hire and sale of a manufactured range of site safety, fencing and barrier systems

* All of your time will be spent selling house builders, developers and main contractors such as;
Persimmon, Kier and Morgan Sindall

* 70% new business / 30% account management

* Projects sizes with vary of size and scope

The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager – Fencing & Barriers with:

* Must have field sales experience in the construction industry

* Open in terms of what products you’ve dealt with

* Ideally sold to contractors and developers

* Ideally sold something direct to construction sites

* Hungry, go-getter with a dynamic personality

* IT Literate
