The difference you will make as a Sales Consultant Provide a customer focussed sales processing service, delivering and co-ordinating the end to end process for a variety of sales activities including resales, stair casing, lease assignments, re-mortgages, re-possessions and lease extensions on behalf of the Group’s Home Ownership business stream. Actively participate in the Sales and Marketing Community to ensure a joined up approach to sales processing activity across the Group.
About you We are looking for someone with
• Proven track record of sales processing within the Housing and Property Sector.
• Customer focused with excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the confidence to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure delivering to strict deadlines and manage conflicting priorities.
