Car Sales Executive

Location: Milton Keynes Village

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join a reputable main dealer located in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing the full vehicle sales process, from initial customer enquiry to vehicle handover, while building lasting customer relationships and achieving sales targets.

Duties of the Sales Executive:

• Managing both new and used vehicle enquiries efficiently
• Building rapport and developing long-term relationships with customers
• Conducting professional vehicle presentations and demonstrations
• Discussing finance options and additional products as part of the sales process
• Working towards and exceeding monthly sales targets
• Following up enquiries to maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Ensuring an exceptional customer experience from initial contact to vehicle handover
• Collaborating effectively within a committed sales team

Requirements of the Sales Executive:

• Proven sales experience, ideally within the automotive industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Strong negotiation skills and target-driven mindset
• Full UK driving licence
• Genuine passion for cars and the automotive sector
