Duties of the Car Sales Executive:

• Sell new and used vehicles, accessories, finance, and related products
• Increase sales figures by achieving and exceeding targets
• Keep customers informed about vehicle delivery times and address any delays proactively
• Collect payments and resolve customer queries efficiently prior to releasing vehicles
• Explain warranty policies and service arrangements to customers
• Introduce customers to the Service Department and demonstrate vehicle features
• Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the sales process

Requirements of the Car Sales Executive:

• Proven experience in car sales is preferred; recent backgrounds will be considered
• Strong track record of delivering excellent customer service or retail sales performance
• Professional attitude with excellent communication skills and a helpful manner
• Driven, energetic, and committed to maximising sales opportunities
• A valid UK driving licence with minimal points is essential
• A positive attitude with the motivation to succeed in a competitive environment
