• Deliver a great customer experience through all channels including digital, phone and walk-ins.
• Develop your knowledge and sales skills of the BMW products and models through brand and group training
• Provide customers with an unrivalled level of customer service from qualification to handover
• Maintain the high standards of BMW and Dick Lovett Group

• 6-12 months of customer service experience, preferably selling products
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Full UK Driving Licence
