We're looking for ambitious and customer-focused individuals to join our growing Contact Centre team as an Inbound Sales Advisor
. This isn't a cold-calling role. You'll be speaking with customers who have already shown an interest in our products and are looking for more information.

£26,220 basic salary

You'll be speaking with customers who have already made an enquiry or expressed an interest in our products.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling a mix of inbound and outbound calls to warm leads
• Building rapport and understanding customer needs
• Explaining available financial and investment products
• Providing an exceptional customer experience
• Working towards individual and team sales targets
• Maintaining accurate customer records

You’ll ideally have:

• Previous sales, telesales, retail sales or contact centre experience
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Confidence building relationships over the phone
• A positive and resilient attitude
• A target-driven mindset
• A desire to maximise your earnings through commission
• An interest in developing a career within financial services

No financial services experience? No problem.

We'll provide all the training, support and coaching you need to become successful in the role.

• 9:00am to 5:30pm
• 10:00am to 6:30pm

No evenings. No weekends.
