We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-run main dealership in Norwich for a Car Sales Executive position. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated sales professional with experience in the motor trade to join a reputable dealership that values its team members and offers clear career progression. The Car Sales Executive will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, building lasting relationships, and driving vehicle sales.

Competitive basic salary of 20,000 with an OTE of 46,000

Friendly working hours:
Monday to Friday, 8am-5.30pm;
Saturdays, 8.30am-5pm;
Sundays on a rota, 10am-4pm

Duties of the Car Sales Executive:

Engage with customers to understand their requirements and present suitable vehicle options
Maximise sales opportunities both within the showroom and on the forecourt
Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Support vehicle handovers and ensure customer satisfaction
Achieve and exceed sales targets, maintaining a professional and proactive approach

Requirements of the Car Sales Executive:

Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive within the motor trade
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Target-driven with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Full driving licence
Passion for automotive sales and a proactive attitude
