Are you a confident communicator with a passion for helping customers? At One Family
, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Outbound/Inbound Sales Consultant to be the voice of our brand.
You’ll speak with customers interested in our financial products, mainly through inbound calls, with some outbound opportunities. If you enjoy understanding customer needs and achieving sales success, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions
- Explain One Family products clearly
- Build rapport and provide excellent service
- Keep customer records accurate
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Work collaboratively and uphold Consumer Duty
- Persuasion, negotiation, and active listening skills
- Resilience and a positive attitude
- Strong time management and adaptability
- A customer-first, team-focused approach
