As our Parts and Service Advisor, you will be an integral member of the Aftersales Team that covers both Three
10 Automotive team and our Ducati team, working with both a range of models of cars and prestige motorcycles. Your key responsibilities will include working across the two sides of the business - for both Three
10 customers and Ducati retail and Internal customers. This will be a " hands - on " role both in terms of front of house/parts and customer handling - as well as looking for ways to drive the business forward to meet and exceed goals.

• Delivering upon the Service Core Process and Vindis Aftersales Experience as per the training, guidance and expectations given.
• Demonstrating alignment with, and engagement in, a robust customer communication strategy.
• Maintaining electronic records in a complete and accurate manner.
• Developing effective working relationships with the Workshop Team and ensure that the 'flow' of information from the initial front-of-house experience is timely, accurate, clear and consultative.
• Being integral in contributing to the delivery of a quality culture that is focused upon first time fixes.
• Effectively utilising the tools and resources available to you to become a specialist in your area.

• Customer-facing experience required
• Full UK driving licence required
• Previous motor industry experience essential in parts and service
• Motorcycle licence preferred but not essential
