Parmley Graham, a leading distributor in automation and control solutions, is looking for a customer-focused Internal Sales person. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service by understanding their needs, working within a team to offer product advice, and guiding them through our range of automation solutions. You will handle customer inquiries, prepare quotes, process orders, and ensure a seamless sales experience and excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities:- Prepare quotes, process sales orders, and manage customer accounts with accuracy and efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to better support customers.
- Experience in customer service and sales preferably with an industrial client base.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first approach.
- A basic understanding of automation products is helpful, but training will be provided.
