We are recruiting for an experienced Sales Executive, Car Sales Executive, Vehicle Sales Executive or Automotive Sales Executive to join a busy main dealership in Bushey. Applicants must have previous automotive sales experience or a strong background in high-value sales, hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK.

Salary: £22,500 basic + Uncapped Bonus | OTE: £65,000+
Hours:
Monday to Saturday with a day off during the week | No Sundays

Sales Executive Role- Guide customers through the complete vehicle sales process from enquiry to handover
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles and products
- Manage showroom, telephone and online sales enquiries
- Achieve vehicle sales targets while maintaining high customer service standards
Promote suitable finance, insurance and additional products - Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Complete sales administration accurately and ensure all compliance procedures are followed
- Previous experience as a Sales Executive, Car Sales Executive or Automotive Sales Executive, or a strong background in high-value sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills
- Proven ability to work towards and achieve sales targets
- Confident and professional approach to customers
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Right to work in the UK
