With uncapped commission and a realistic OTE of £50,000-£55,000, this role is ideal for a commercially minded, target-driven individual looking to develop their sales career in a supportive and ambitious environment.
The Role
As a Sales Executive, you'll speak with prospective customers who have already expressed an interest in the company's services. You'll build rapport, understand their needs, present solutions, overcome objections and confidently guide them towards a purchasing decision.
Key Responsibilities
Manage warm inbound enquiries by phone and online
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
Build strong relationships and establish trust quickly
Present services clearly and confidently
Handle objections and discuss pricing and value effectively
Manage and progress your sales pipeline
Maintain accurate CRM records
Achieve sales targets and conversion KPIs
About You
You may have experience in:
Consultative sales
Insurance or financial services
Property or professional services
Telesales or telephone-based sales
Any target-driven sales environment
You'll also:
Be confident asking for the sale
Be comfortable discussing value and pricing
Build rapport quickly with customers
Be resilient, motivated and results-focused
Manage your own workload and pipeline effectively
Take ownership of your performance and success

£28,000-£30,000 basic salary
