Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager

We are recruiting for a Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager on behalf of our client in Glasgow. This position offers an excellent Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager opportunity for an experienced automotive professional to lead a sales team within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Duties:

Support the Sales Manager in leading and motivating the sales team to achieve and surpass volumetric and profitability targets
Analyse sales data to implement strategic improvements across key performance metrics
Maintain high standards of compliance and customer care in all activities
Coach and review the sales team to improve performance and product knowledge
Promote a customer-centric approach, ensuring a seamless purchasing experience for both new and used commercial vehicle customers
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximise gross profit and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Proven experience in automotive sales management, ideally within a dedicated commercial vehicle environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a sales team
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Organised, with the ability to multitask effectively across various systems and processes
Passionate about automotive technology and the latest industry trends
