As a Business Development Representative, you will drive outbound prospecting into tender heavy industries such as IT, construction, infrastructure, energy, and public transport. You'll join a small, coaching-driven team led by an experienced sales leader who's built and scaled a sales organisation before.
You Bring:- A creative, sharp, gritty, and authentic personality; you are someone who brings high energy to outbound prospecting;
- Highly coachable, genuinely open to feedback;
- Confident and comfortable picking up the phone and prospecting cold;
- Native English skills;
- 6-12 months of relevant experience (fresh graduates are also welcome).
