Position: Sales Consultant / Sales Advisor - New Homes
Location: Bridgend

An opportunity has arisen for a New Homes Sales Advisor / Sales Consultant to join a residential house builder specialising in the development and construction of new homes.

As a New Homes Sales Advisor / Sales Consultant, you will be managing the new homes sales process independently, from initial enquiry and reservation through to exchange and completion.

This full-time permanent role offers a salary range of £28,000 - £32,000 flexible for the right candidate and benefits.

Candidates with general estate agency or property sales experience without relevant New Homes / new-build developer sales experience will not be suitable.

You will be responsible for:

Managing enquiries from prospective buyers and providing clear information on available properties, pricing and features.
Conducting viewings and presenting new-build properties to potential purchasers.
Guiding buyers through the reservation, sales progression and completion process.
Managing plot sales through to contract exchange and completion.
Building positive relationships with purchasers and maintaining regular contact throughout the transaction.
Following up enquiries and leads promptly and maintaining accurate customer records.
Keeping up to date with local market conditions and competing developments.
Working with internal teams to support the smooth progression of sales.

The candidates from the following background will be considered:

New Homes Sales Advisor, New Homes Sales Consultant, New Homes Sales Executive, New Homes Sales Negotiator, New Build Sales Advisor, Development Sales Advisor, New Build Sales Advisor, New Build Sales Consultant, New Build Sales Executive, New Build Sales Negotiator or in similar role.

What we are looking for

Proven experience working in New Homes sales or for a new-build residential property developer
Experience handling the full new homes sales process from reservation through to completion.
Background managing sales at a new-build development or site with minimal support.
Strong understanding of plot sales, reservations, sales progression and completions.
Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
Willingness to travel to the relevant development site(s).
A valid driving licence.
