Whatwill you be doing as a Telesales Executive?
Working as part of an established sales team, you will be Initially making proactive outbound calls to potential customers to build a database. The role will become a mixture of existing and new business as it progresses. Duties will include:
- Promoting and selling the company's range of products and services by contacting key personnel across a wide range of companies within the UK
- Proactively calling potential customers to develop them into accounts
- Discussing customer needs to advise on the company's product range
- Maintaining contact with existing and potential customers to build relationships
- Sourcing leads to find new opportunities
- Managing customer accounts on an ongoing basis to retain and develop them
- Updating the database and passing orders to the admin team
- Developing product knowledge via company and manufacturer training
- Previous strong experience in a similar role such as Sales Executive, Business Development Manager or Telesales Executive
- You're a people person who loves building strong working relationships
- You're self-motivated, tenacious and target driven
- You have a confident telephone manner and strong communication skills
- Stable work history
- Comfortable using Word, Excel and Outlook
- A basic salary of GBP
30,000 to £35,000, depending on experience - Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £40,000+ in your first year
