- Negotiating deals effectively to maximise sales and customer satisfaction as theCar Sales Executive
- Upselling complementary products such as warranties, service packages, and accessories
- Utilizing CRM software to track customer interactions, manage inventory, and follow up on leads
- Supporting marketing initiatives to promote dealership offerings and events
- Delivering excellent customer service from initial contact through to post-sale follow-up
- Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive within the motor trade
- Strong negotiation and organisational skills to handle multiple clients effectively
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic organisational tools
- Fluency in both Welsh and English is highly desirable
- Valid full UK driver's licence is essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required for theCar Sales Executive
- Willingness to learn and develop within the automotive sector
