Customers can also use K9 Turf’s Bio-Enzymatic Artificial Grass Cleaner, Deodoriser, and Ground Maintainer to keep their turf clean, fresh, and germ-free.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Reedness. The Salesperson will engage with prospective and existing customers, explain the benefits of K9 Turf products, and provide guidance on product selection and maintenance solutions. Daily tasks include generating leads, responding to inquiries, conducting product demonstrations, preparing quotes, and closing sales. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, collaborating with internal teams to coordinate installations and deliveries, and contributing feedback from customers to help improve the overall sales process and customer experience.
Qualifications

• Ability to build rapport with customers, listen actively, and communicate product benefits clearly and persuasively.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or retail environments, preferably within home improvement, landscaping, or related sectors.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple leads, follow-ups, and appointments effectively.
• Comfort with basic digital tools for managing customer information, preparing quotes, and tracking sales activities.
• Willingness to learn product features, cleaning and maintenance practices, and warranty terms in detail.
• Capacity to work on-site in Reedness, including occasional outdoor product demonstrations or site visits.
• High level of integrity, reliability, and a customer-focused mindset.
• Relevant education or training in sales, business, or a related field is beneficial but not required.
