Sales Team Manager

£40,000 | Full-Time | Permanent | Edinburgh Fully Onsite | No Evenings or Weekends
Are you a proven people leader who can drive performance, develop teams, and deliver results?
My Edinburgh-based client is looking for an experienced Sales Team Manager to lead an outbound sales and retention team, focused on customer acquisition, renewals, and reducing churn. You'll use customer insight and CRM data to identify opportunities, improve performance, and deliver against ambitious targets.
What You'll Be Doing

* Lead, coach and develop a high-performing outbound sales team.

* Drive customer acquisition, retention and renewal activity.

* Create targeted sales campaigns using CRM and customer data.

* Monitor performance, analyse results and identify growth opportunities.

* Build strong customer relationships and improve engagement.

* Work closely with senior leadership to deliver sales objectives.
What We're Looking For

* Previous experience leading an outbound customer service or telesales team.

* A track record of delivering and exceeding performance targets.

* Experience coaching and improving underperforming individuals and teams.

* Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM systems and sales data.

* Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.

* A proactive and hands-on leadership style.

* Ability and willingness to work onsite Monday-Friday.
