We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable dealership in Heathrow for the position of Van Sales Executive. This is an excellent Van Sales Executive opportunity for motivated individuals with experience in automotive or commercial vehicle sales to progress their career within a well-established family business. The Van Sales Executive will play a key role in promoting a range of commercial light vehicles, working within a busy and customer-focused environment.
Benefits:
Basic salary of £26,932 with an achievable OTE of up to £65,000
Monday to Friday working hours (8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm)
One in four Saturdays (9am - 12pm)
Company vehicle, fuel card, phone, and laptop provided as a Van Sales Executive
Car and commercial vehicle industry training and development
Supportive team environment and career progression opportunities
Duties:
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the vehicle range to provide accurate information to customers
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout each engagement
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives effectively
Achieve and exceed specified vehicle sales targets
Advise customers on finance, insurance options, and accessories
Upsell additional products and services to maximise sales opportunities
Follow all health and safety and compliance procedures
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Van Sales Executive or within a similar automotive sales role, preferably involving commercial vehicles
Strong sales and customer service skills
Full UK driving licence
Motivation to meet and exceed targets
Positive attitude and a desire to develop automotive industry knowledge
Professional approach and excellent communication skills
