Our client is a well-respected and established builders’ merchant. Due to continued success and expansion, they are looking for a Sales Advisor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing family business and play a key role in providing top-quality service to trade customers.
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Be the first point of contact for customers visiting the branch
✔️ Assist customers at the trade counter and over the phone
✔️ Offer expert advice to help customers find the right products
✔️ Make proactive sales calls to new and existing customers to drive business growth
About You:
🔹 Good knowledge of building materials
🔹 Understanding of the construction supplies industry
🔹 Excellent customer service and communication skills
🔹 A sales-driven mindset with the confidence to engage with customers
