This role:

We are looking for an EHV Estimator to come and joinour growing Commercial team.

This will be someone who challenges what we do daily and thrives working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines helping usbuild for the future.

An idea of what you'll be doing:

• Preparation of tenders from 33kV to 132kV
• Providing quotations and tenders for new connection works and turnkey projects utilising Sinewave’s in-house teams and supply chain.
• Key account management for new and existing customers including, top level review with the clients
• Talkingto manufacturers & suppliers to develop partnerships for a turnkey solutions.
• Following up quotations and bringing feedback to the tendering and sales team for unsuccessful quotations.
• Attend site surveys & route walks, or tender interviews as necessary.
• Establishing key aspects associated with client requirements, providing quotations,liaising with internal departments and submitting final overview ofproject ability to the client.
• Evaluate supplier and subcontract returns to ensure compliance with the tender specification/documentation.
• Accurately undertake any necessary take-offs of drawings and schedules and perform data entry into the estimating software selected by the business. Followall company procedures for enquiry and tender handling.
• Draft commentary regarding exclusions and clarifications associated with thereturn offer.
• Working with Sim Pro and other business systems to follow company processes and maintain data integrity.
• Assistin creation / management or processes for the Estimating & Major Projects team.

You'll have a proven track record of:

• Proficient in the use of Productivity and Collaboration Software such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint etc. across multiple platforms such assmart phones, tablets, laptops etc.
• Excellent communication, including ability to adapt communication styles and outstanding listening skills with ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Canuse basic information and industry knowledge/experience to us pull together tenders
• Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to use own initiative aswell as work collaboratively as part of a team
• Attention to detail i.e. the ability to produce high quality proposals and reports with minimal supervision.
• Abilityto work autonomously and as part of a team.
