As the Regional Account Manager for South, specializing in the DOOH (Digital Out-of-Home) outdoor advertising space at Ryd Free, you will be responsible for driving significant revenue growth by securing large local advertiser contracts. Additionally, you will manage a team of sales representatives located across the North of England and Scotland, ensuring both individual and team sales targets are met.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the DOOH outdoor advertising sector in the South.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with large local advertisers.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Present and promote Ryd Free’s digital video screen advertising solutions to prospective clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve and exceed personal and team sales targets.
• Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and achievement of team targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, market feedback, and advertising campaign outcomes.

• Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales role, preferably in DOOH outdoor advertising.
• Strong understanding of DOOH media sales and advertising solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Experience in managing and leading a sales team.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
