ensuring relevant security and site procedures are followed.

Monitor site security systems, including CCTV and radio communications, remaining alert to potential security concerns.

Maintain accurate security records, including incident reports, Health & Safety documentation and site occurrence records.

Respond to requests for assistance and elevate incidents or concerns appropriately.

Liaise professionally with colleagues, customers, contractors and relevant authorities when required.

Ensure security procedures and assignment instructions are followed consistently.

Communicate important information and incidents clearly to the Security Supervisor and site management.

Maintain a professional, friendly and approachable presence while delivering excellent customer service.

Work flexibly to support the security operation and undertake additional reasonable duties when required.

What you'll bring:

A valid SIA Frontline Security Guarding licence - essential.

Good IT skills, including experience using
Microsoft Office.

Good time-management and organisational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A professional, courteous and customer-focused approach.

The ability to remain calm and respond appropriately during security incidents or emergencies.

Good attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records.

The confidence to follow procedures and elevate concerns when required.

The ability to work independently as well as part of a security team.

A reliable, flexible and proactive approach.

A professional or further qualification in Security Operations would be advantageous.
