On offer is a fantastic opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Painter or similar to join a team of engineers dedicated to maintenance, carrying out a wide range of repair and property-care tasks across residential homes. This opportunity includes multiple options for career progression and developing your skills within the company.

In the role you, as a Multi-Skilled Painter you will carry out a range of maintenance tasks across residential properties, you will be provided with a company van and attend scheduled and reactive repairs across Manchester. Keeping accurate recording of completed works for support smooth operations and ensuring tenants receive high-quality service.

This role would suit a Multi-Skilled Painter with preferable skills in multiple trades electrical, carpentry, plastering, decorating and general property repairs. Alongside this you will a Full UK driving license and have good time management and root problem analysis.
