• Work Monday to Friday, plus on‑rotan out‑of‑hours service with generous on‑call payment.
• Use technology to log jobs, complete online learning and collaborate with colleagues.
• Carry out multi‑skilled trades repairs and maintenance across joinery, carpentry, plastering, tiling, brickwork, groundwork and basic plumbing.
• Apply a whole‑job repair approach to prevent multiple visits and ensure right‑first‑time fixes.
• Deliver high‑quality, compliant work on all scheduled jobs.
• Manage job scheduling and ensure timely completion.

• Experienced multi‑skilled trades operative with a relevant building/construction qualification.
• Experience across multiple building trades such as joinery, carpentry, plastering, tiling, brickwork, groundwork or basic plumbing.
• Flexible approach, initiative and sound judgement.
• Full current driving licence (company van will be provided).
• Basic DBS check (paid by employer).
