Asa Plumber&Pipework Fitteryouwillreportdirectlytothe Senior Mechanical Contracts Managers ,Site Managersandwillbegiventheresponsibilityforundertaking Mechanical Plumbing &Pipework Fitting Workswithincommercialenvironmentsinandaroundthe Home Counties ,South East&South West.
Dutieswillinclude:- Carryingoutplumbing&pipeworkfittinginstallationworkasrequiredbythecompany
- Carryingoutservicingandpre-plannedmaintenanceplumbingtasks
- Completingallnecessarydocumentationincluding Field Service Reportsasrequestedbythe Senior Mechanical Contracts Managers
- Meetingallnecessarydeadlines.
- Keepingjobrecords,toincludeanyextraworks,materialsusedandanydelaysincurred
- Orderingpartsinabsenceof Senior Mechanical Contracts Managers
- Carryingoutallworkstoahighstandardwhilstcomplyingwithallrelevanthealthandsafetystandards
- Liaising with Senior Mechanical Contracts Managersonanysafetyissuesidentifiedandanyfaultyequipment
