Salary: £36,000 – £38,000 + Van & Fuel Card + Benefits

Monday to Friday
A leading facilities management and building services company is looking for a skilled Mobile Maintenance Plumber to join their growing team. Covering Swindon and the surrounding areas, you’ll be responsible for carrying out a range of plumbing maintenance, repairs, and minor installation work across commercial sites.

Key Responsibilities- Carry out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance in commercial buildings
- Service and repair hot and cold‑water systems, pipework, valves, and sanitary ware
- Work on TMVs, water heaters, pumps, and general plumbing systems
- Support compliance tasks including temperature checks and L8 monitoring
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and safely
- Complete job reports and documentation accurately
- Liaise with clients and site staff to ensure smooth service delivery
- Travel between sites across the Swindon region
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent qualification)
