Job Title: Plasterer Social Housing

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Plasterer to join our repairs and maintenance/planned works team, delivering high-quality internal finishes to homes within the social housing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out all aspects of plastering including skimming, patch repairs, bonding, rendering, and boarding

• Work in both void and occupied properties across the housing stock

• Ensure surfaces are properly prepared and finished to a high standard

• Follow all health and safety regulations and company procedures

• Record and report completed works using a PDA or similar system

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plastering (or equivalent)

• Demonstrable experience in plastering works, ideally within the social housing or domestic repair sector

• Full UK driving licence

• CSCS desirable
