Salary: £28,851.00 per annum.

Hours:

37 per week, Monday to Friday

Contract:

Permanent Full Time

We are looking to appoint a Multi Skilled Operative, to join Bernicia’s Property Maintenance and Construction department.

About the Multi Skilled Operative Role:

This role will involve:

* Assisting trade staff to undertaking all types of work associated with this position, to both domestic and commercial properties to a high standard but also for the delivery of excellent customer service.

Experience:

Successful candidates will need:

* Required to have good general trade skills

* CSCS card as appropriate to the role

* Experience of working within a commercial and domestic property environment

* Experience of working in a target driven environment

* Adapt to change, positively contribute and communicate with effectively

* To undertake multi-skilled trade competencies

* To understand risk assessments

* Ability to deliver work in line with construction drawings.

* A sound knowledge of building construction, components and building trades
