Position: LCV Technician – Swindon (SN5)
Location: Lydiard Millicent

*£35,000–£45,000 basic + £3,000 annual performance bonus

* The Role
* * Preparing, servicing, maintenance, and repairs on light commercial vehicles and minibuses (all makes/models)

* Diagnostic work using industry-standard tools and software

* MOT prep and general workshop work

* Ensuring work is carried out to a high standard – we pride ourselves on a right-first-time culture

* Working as part of a close-knit, experienced team

* Pay & Hours
* * £38,000–£45,000 guaranteed basic salary (experience dependent)
* £3,000 annual performance bonus
* £2,000 sign-on bonus – paid after 6 months and successful probation period

* Monday to Friday working only

* Overtime available if wanted, never expected (paid at time and a half)

* OTE with bonuses and a small amount of overtime is over £50,000

* What we're Looking For
* * City & Guilds Level 3 (or equivalent) in Motor Vehicle Service & Maintenance (Light Vehicle)

* At least 3 years’ experience as a qualified technician; light commercial experience preferable but not essential

* Strong knowledge of modern vehicle diagnostics and repair methods

* Proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to prioritise tasks under pressure

* Strong communication skills — able to work effectively with colleagues and customers

* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

* Honest, reliable and great timekeeping

* Full UK Driving Licence
