Non Stop Consulting is looking for a Supervising Social Worker who can join a therapeutic Independent Fostering Agency with an Outstanding Ofsted rating in the North West of England area, on a permanent basis.

This is a hybrid role, allowing you to have a good work - life balance, while still being part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
The Supervising Social Worker will be providing support and supervision to 10 - 13 foster families located in North West of England ( Oldham, Manchester, Blackpool, Liverpool, Blackburn, Accrington, Burnley, Bury).

They aim for caseloads to be within the same geographical area for the Supervising Social Worker to plan visits close together.

The role doesn't include any form fs on top, so you will have a more manageable workload.

Requirements:

• Qualified Social Worker

• experience in fostering or looked after children

• Full driving licence
