Location: Swindon
A community service organization is seeking a Resettlement Officer to work in the Torbay area. The role involves assisting vulnerable adults with complex issues to find accommodation and reduce homelessness. Key duties include welfare checks, liaising with various agencies, and engaging with clients in the field. Candidates must have a full driving license and skills in empathy and communication. A full Enhanced DBS is required.
This is a temporary role with 38 hours per week and opportunities for additional holidays.
