With over 200 staff from offices in Ashton under Lyne, Leigh and supported accommodation projects across the North West, we support over 7,000 people annually.
Benefits- 24 days holiday per annum (based on a 5‑day working week), plus 3 days for Christmas closure and bank holidays; additional days after 2 years continuous service (up to a maximum of 5 days).

As one of our Young Persons’ Keyworker you will support 18–25‑year‑old care leavers and young persons in the SHAP programme across Tameside and Oldham.
You will carry a small caseload and provide person‑centred, wrap‑around support aimed at removing barriers to tenancy sustainment and progression to permanent accommodation. Barriers may include substance use, mental and physical health difficulties, offending, domestic abuse, debt and money management issues.
Shift work will be required from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, including weekends and bank holidays.
Additional informationThis position is within our Single Homeless Accommodation Projects (SHAP) programme, which offers self‑contained, longer‑term temporary accommodation and wrap‑around support to people who have experienced rough sleeping. The aim is to enable them to live as independently as possible, gain the skills and confidence needed to sustain a tenancy, and lead a fulfilling life.
