Reporting to: Service manager
Salary: £29,696 to £36,576
Location: Swindon

The Senior Support Worker will play a supervisory role in supporting Threshold’s supported housing team to deliver an effective, high‑quality, person‑centred support service, acting as the first point of contact in the team for decisions or queries as well as managing an individual caseload of service users.
