Red 5 People is hiring Employment Specialists across Swindon, Warminster, and Chippenham to support individuals with disabilities in achieving employment goals. This is a hands-on community role requiring strong relationship-building skills and the ability to manage a caseload.

• Develop and maintain relationships with individuals, employers, and community partners to support employment goals.
• Provide hands-on, community-based support to help individuals secure and sustain employment.
• Manage a caseload with appropriate planning, documentation, and progress tracking.

• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to manage a caseload.
• Driving licence highly desirable; the role focuses on community engagement rather than office work.
• Full training provided.
• Salary range £29,500 to £33,000 (based on experience).
• Locations:
  Swindon, Warminster, and Chippenham.
