  • Lead parenting interventions, including the evidence‑based Triple P Parenting Programme.
  • Monitor outcomes and progress using routine outcome measures to inform ongoing support.
  • Contribute to improving local access metrics for children and young people.
  • Respond to identified safeguarding concerns by providing immediate support and intervention.
  • Stay current with developments in child and adolescent mental health, attending training, workshops, and conferences as needed.
  • Participate in regular supervision and peer support meetings to ensure best practices and continuous professional growth.
  • Undertake any other duties appropriate to support the development of the service and quality of care received by CYP.
Qualifications
  • Qualified Children’s Wellbeing Practitioner accredited with a professional body (BABCP or BPS).
  • Mentorship qualification or equivalent.
  • Evidence of post‑registration training.
  • Evidence‑based Triple P Parenting course training (training may be offered).
Experience and Skills
