Position: Funeral Arranger - Part Time - (20 hours per week)
Location: Newmilns

Funeral Arranger – Part Time (20 hours per week)

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, flexible between 08:00‑17:00.

Location:

James Dykes Funeral Service – Newmilns.

Annual salary: £13,219 – £13,500 per annum (from 1 July salary increases to £13,676).

Opportunity

Our Funeral Arrangers play a vital role in guiding families through the whole funeral process. They combine excellent interpersonal and listening skills with meticulous administrative work.

Responsibilities
  • Support families in planning funeral arrangements.
  • Ensure all paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and on time.
  • Provide a detailed handover to the Funeral Director to ensure every detail is planned for the day.
  • Build strong community relationships and organise fundraising activities for local charities.
