Live West is recruiting a part-time Support Worker for Stoke House in Penryn to empower individuals with diverse needs to live independently and safely within their community.
You will deliver person-centred support, assess risks, maintain safeguarding and collaborate with colleagues and partner agencies. The role involves lone working, weekend shifts, and a rolling 4-week rota. This role requires DBS clearance and a right to work in the UK.
