Highland Council is recruiting a Family Support Practitioner in Tain to work 35 hours per week on a permanent basis. The role involves coordinating planned, staged, and responsive support services for children, young people and families across the Highland area, with direct work and resource coordination to ensure services meet the Highland Practice Model and legal requirements.
You will carry a caseload under the direction of a social worker or manager, and participate in training as required.
