Trauma-Informed Residential Child Support Worker

RGIT Australia is seeking Residential Support Workers for Wiltshire & Somerset. You will provide trauma‑informed care to young people who have faced trauma and disruption, while supporting their routines, education and independence.
The role involves 24–48 hour shifts with sleep-ins, engagement with social workers and schools, and a strong commitment to safeguarding and child‑centred practice. Full UK driving licence is required.
